How long are delivery times?
The delivery times depend from which brand you order and where the shipment comes from. Generally we process your order on the same day that it is placed, meaning that we forward your order to the brands your ordered from. After that, most products have a delivery time of 2-7 days, and up to 14 days if the products come from another country than you are located in.
What are your shipping fees?
Our shipping fees are €4,99 for domestic deliveries, and €9,99 for delivery to EU countries. Whether a shipment is considered domestic or not depends whether you're the shipment goes to the same country the brand is located in.
Where can I track my order?
After we processed your order and received the confirmation from our partner brands, we will send you an email with a link to track your order.
To which countries do you ship?
We currently ship only to countries within the European Union.
I got an email that an item I ordered is out of stock - what does this mean?
We currently manually forward the orders we receive from our customers to our partner brands. Unfortunately, it can happen that we miss it if their items go out of stock. We're trying to avoid this wherever we can, but unfortunately it can happen. Should you order something that is sold out, you will get your money back immediately, and we will notify you when the item is back in stock. We apologise for this inconvenience.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept most credit cards as well as Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Sofort, and iDEAL. You can find all accepted payment methods in the bottom of the page.
How do I return an item?
If you want to return an item, just send us an email to email@example.com and let us know what you want to return. We will then inform you where to send your items and how. Please check out our refund policy to learn about the conditions to make your item eligible for return.
What if the item I ordered is defect?
In case something you ordered is defect, please let us know as soon as possible. We will help you return the item and give you a full refund.
How much time do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days to return an item. You will receive your refund within 14 days after the receipt of the item.
What if my item does not fit or I don't like it?
If you bought the wrong size or don't like the item you bought, you can return it to us and receive a refund. However, since we want to make customers more mindful about what they buy, be aware that in these cases you will have to bear the shipping cost of the return. This way, we want to ensure that people are really certain about what they buy.

How do I best take care of my clothes?
If you want your clothes to last longer, there are a few way to take care of them that increase their lifespan. For one, it helps to wash your clothes less often, for instance by wearing pieces at least three times before washing them. When you wash them, turn them inside out to protect prints, and use environmentally friendly detergent. Furthermore, you should avoid hanging your clothes in the closet, but fold them instead. Especially for heavy clothes this prevents overstretching the materials. Lastly, repairing little holes yourself avoids prematurely discarding your favourite shirts.
Are your products made sustainably?
We only work with brands that fulfil the values of slow fashion. That means that products must be made from sustainable materials, be of high quality, and be produced under fair labour condition. Find out here which criteria we apply to our partner brands.
What is slow fashion?
Slow fashion is an umbrella term that encompasses concepts such as sustainable or fair fashion. It opposes fast fashion, in that it encourages people to buy less, and exchange unsustainable and low quality products for durable, ethical, and eco-friendly clothes. How do you choose brands?
We only work with brands that commit to the values of slow fashion. Slow currently assesses this based on certifications, information from independent assessment platforms, and information we receive from the brands themselves. We are constantly working on improving this process to ensure the absence of greenwashing.
How do I know there's no greenwashing involved?
We're trying our best only to work with brands that are fully transparent about their supply chains to avoid greenwashing. Unfortunately, we cannot promise that it will never occur. What we can promise is to be completely transparent about it when we find it, and to take immediate action to ensure our customers are not affected by it.
How can I act more sustainably regarding fashion?
There are many things you can do to have a more sustainable wardrobe. One of the most essential elements is to reduce your consumption of fashion. This does not mean that you have to sacrifice style, it just means that you should try not to jump on every new trend, and instead invest in clothes that you can wear for a long time. Second, treat your clothes with respect. By maintaining and repairing them, you can keep them for a longer time and avoid waste. Lastly, if you buy new clothes, make sure they are sustainably made, for instance by including recycled, organic, and fair materials.
